Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
1. under power on mode.
2. Please go to menu.
3. Tap “Settings”.
4. Then go to “Backup and reset”.
5. Select “Factory data reset”.
Hard Reset Instructions
A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.
In order to perform a hard reset, follow these steps:
1. You should first turn off the phone.
2. Then press and hold together Volume Up + Power button, until you see Android logo second time.
3. Now choose from the menu language "English", and confirm with Power button.
4. From the menu in front of you select "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down + Power button.
5. After that choose "yes", and accept this with Power key.
6. Afterwards select "reboot system now".
7. That’s all.
