First method:

Master Reset Instructions

1. Make sure, that your phone is on.
2. Next go to Menu -> Privacy -> Factory Data Reset -> Reset phone.
3. Confirm all information, and wait until your phone will reset and reboots.
4. Done!

Second method:

Performing a factory reset from settings

1. Please power off your phone.
2. Next press and hold Volume Down + Menu button + Power button until you see menu of Recovery mode.
3. Then select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
4. Now choose from the menu "Yes — delete all user data".
5. After that press Power button to enter "reboot system now".
6. Good job!
