These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on below

LG CF360 Hard Reset

Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset, please try the following procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery more then 70%, backup your important data like phone-book, message, email, images and settings and in most cases take out SIM card and SD card. After doing hard reset not possible to recover your data, so online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should be done on a external device, hard drive, raid system media or SD card.

Master Reset

IMPORTANT: All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Personal data and downloaded content, however, will not be lost.

1. Press Power button to switch on device.
2. From the standby screen, press Menu.
3. Scroll to Settings, then press OK.
4. Scroll to Phone Settings, then press OK.
5. Scroll to Reset Settings, then press OK.
6. With Master Reset highlighted, press OK.
7. Scroll to Yes, then press OK.
8. Enter the device’s security code, then press OK.

NOTE: The default security code is 0000.

Master Clear

IMPORTANT: All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Also, all personal data (including contacts) and downloaded content will be erased.

1. Press Power button to switch on device.
2. From the standby screen, press Menu.
3. Scroll to Settings, then press OK.
4. Scroll to Phone Settings, then press OK.
5. Scroll to Reset Settings, then press OK.
6. Scroll to Master Clear, then press OK.
7. With Phone highlighted, press OK.
8. Scroll to Yes, then press OK.
9. Enter the device’s security code, then press OK.

NOTE: The default security code is 0000.

Soft Reset

1. Remove battery from back of the device.
2. Now put back battery again after couple seconds.
3. Press the Power button, wait for device to turn on.
