1. Turn on LG DoublePlay C729
2. Make sure LG DoublePlay C729 battery charged
3. Go to menu: Setting > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device
4. Choose Erase Everything
5. LG DoublePlay C729 will do the process to Master Reset to Factory Default, wait for several minutes.
Performing a factory reset from hardware buttons
1. Make sure the battery fully charged
2. Backup all your important data
3. Power Off Your LG DoublePlay C729
4. Press And Hold Volume Down + Power Key + Home key
5. When LG Logo appears release all keys
6. Confirm process twice by pressing Power key
7. Now your phone will restart and Master reset will start automatically.
