These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on below

LG Xenon GR500 Hard Reset

Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset, please try the following procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery more then 70%, backup your important data like phone-book, message, email, images and settings and in most cases take out SIM card and SD card. After doing hard reset not possible to recover your data, so online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should be done on a external device, hard drive, raid system media or SD card.

Master Reset

IMPORTANT: All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Personal data and downloaded content, however, will not be lost.

1. Press Power button to switch on device.
2. From the standby screen, press the menu icon.
3. Tap the Settings Icon.
4. Tap the Phone icon.
5. Scroll to and tap Reset Settings.
6. Tap Master Reset.
7. Tap Yes.
8. Enter the device’s security code, then tap OK. The device will reset.

NOTE: The default security code is 0000.

Master Clear

IMPORTANT: All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Also, all personal data (including contacts) and downloaded content will be erased.

1. Press Power button to switch on device.
2. From the standby screen, press the menu icon.
3. Tap the Settings Icon.
4. Tap the Phone icon.
5. Scroll to and tap Reset Settings.
6. Tap Master Clear.
7. Tap Phone.
8. Tap Yes,
9. Enter the device’s security code, then press OK.

NOTE: The default security code is 0000.

Reset via Code

1. Press Power button to switch on device.
2. Now open up dialer by pressing Call key.
3. Tap this code using keypad: 3845#*500#
4. Next confirm Factory reset operation by clicking Call key again.
5. Now your phone will restart.

Soft Reset

1. Remove battery from back of the device.
2. Now put back battery again after couple seconds.
3. Press the Power button, wait for device to turn on.
