Master Reset Instructions

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

To perform a master reset, follow these steps:

1. Press > and tap > Privacy > Factory data reset. (You will see a disclaimer.)

2. Read the disclaimer and tap Reset phone.

3. If you are certain that you would like to restore all factory settings, tap erase everything.

Hard Reset Instructions

A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.

In order to perform a hard reset, follow these steps:

1. First check, which your cell phone is on.

2. Now press and hold together Volume Down + Call & End.
3. Release them when menu of Recovery Mode appear.

4. Then select "wipe data/factory reset" with Volume Down, and to confirm press Home button.
5. Now you see information about previous option.
6. To confirm press Volume Up.

7. Next press Home button to enter option "reboot system now".
