Master Reset Instructions

These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on below

ZTE Boost Max Hard Reset

 

First, try this:

Master reset from settings menu

1. Press the Power button,until your device is on.
2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. After that select Privacy and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.

If that doesn’t work, or if your phone is frozen:

Master reset with hardware keys

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Power at the same time for a few seconds.
3. Release held keys when you see Recovery Mode.
4. Then press Volume Down to select option “Wipe Data/Factory Reset“, and press Power button to confirm.
