Soft Reset

Remove and re-insert the battery in your device. After performing a soft reset, turn on your device.

Factory Restore

• Press Start .
• Tap Settings > System > Factory Restore . Follow the instructions on the screen to perform a factory restore.
• The device restarts and turns on. If the factory restore is successful you will see the words Factory Restore is done when the HP logo appears.

Hard Reset

• While device is powered off.
• hold down Send button and End button on the device and then press the Power button on the top of your device.
