Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
1.Turn your phone on.
2.Tap on settings screen.
3.Tap Privacy/Factory data resets.
4.When prompted tap Reset phone.
5.Tap Erase everything.
6.The mobile phone resets the settings to original factory settings
7.The phone will restarts.
Hard Reset Instructions
A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.
In order to perform a hard reset, follow these steps:
1.Power off the mobile phone
2.Press the Volume level up and the power key together for eight seconds.
3.Using the Volume level down or up key to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset.
3.Click the Electrical power key.
4.Utilizing the Volume level key, scroll to Yes.
5.Click the Power key.
6.When the concept Data wipe finish shows up, scroll to restart process now and click the power key to restart your mobile phone.
