Reset via Setting

1. Make sure, that your phone is on.
2. Now from the Home screen, touch -> Apps tab -> Settings -> Personal -> Privacy-> Factory data reset.
3. Tap Reset device > Erase everything to perform a factory reset. Your device will restart when the reset is complete.

Hard Reset

1. Device must be switched off to succeed this operation.
2. Then press and hold Volume Down + Home button + Power button.
3. Release them after 8 seconds, when LG logo appears.
4. Now your phone will restart and Master reset will start automatically.
