Master Reset Instructions

Factory Data Reset is a tool used to remove everything that was imported, added or installed on the device. Keep in mind, when using this feature everything is deleted. Nothing stored on the Micro SD or the internal phone storage will be affected unless you choose to erase it as well.

Master reset from settings menu

1. Press Power button to switch on handset.
2. Start by opening Main menu
3. Then open Settings and Security.
4. Lock code must be typed in. (The default code is 0000 or 1234)
5. Select Erase/Reset and accept Reset Phone.
6. Read the disclaimer and confirm.
7. Now handset must reboot, it may take around 30 seconds.
8. Success! Device is ready now.

Master reset with hardware keys

1. Please power off the phone.
2. Then press and hold Power button + W key + C key.
3. Now you will see a yellow exclamation on your display.
4. Press and hold the wipe/erase factory.
5. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.
