Motorola FlipOut Hard Reset

Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset, please try the following procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery more then 70%, backup your important data like phone-book, message, email, images and settings and in most cases take out SIM card and SD card. After doing hard reset not possible to recover your data, so online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should be done on a external device, hard drive, raid system media or SD card.

How to Hard Reset Motorola FlipOut

Reset via Setting

  1. Switch on your device.
  2. From the Home screen, press the Menu, and then tap Settings.
  3. Flick to and tap Privacy.
  4. Tap Factory data reset.
  5. Tap Reset phone

Hard Reset

  1. With phone turned Off, simultaneously hold Power and X (on the keyboard).
  2. Android! logo with will appear.
  3. Release Power and X.
  4. Press the Power key to access the Android Recovery System.
  5. Use the Volume keys to select (Wipe Data/ Factory Reset).
  6. Confirm with the Enter key.
  7. Use the Volume key to select YES, delete all user data.
  8. Confirm with the Enter key.
  9. Android Recovery System screen will display again.
  10. Use Volume key to select Reboot System Now.
  11. Confirm with the Enter key.
