Reset via Setting

1. Switch on your device.
2. From the Home screen, press the Menu, and then tap Settings.
3. Flick to and tap Privacy.
4. Tap Factory data reset.
5. Tap Reset phone.
6. Tap Erase Everything.

Hard Reset

1. Power off your phone.
2. Press together Camera button + Power button until little triangle appears.
3. When u will see triangle release fingers from buttons.
4. Then press again Camera button + Power button to enter recovery mode.
5. If u followed steps correctly u should be now in Recovery mode.
6. Select Factory reset, navigate around by using Volume buttons, and to choose option Power button.
