How to Hard Reset Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE

Hard Reset

1. With the handset turned off, press and hold the Volume Up key.
2. With the Volume Up key held down, press and hold the Power key.
3. Once the triangle appears on the screen, press both Volume keys.
4. Press the Volume Down key to scroll to wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key.
5. Press the Volume Down key to scroll to Yes — delete all user data and press the Power key.
6. Once the wipe is complete, press the Power key to select reboot system now.

Reset via Setting

1. From the screen of your phone, touch apps
2. Tap Settings
3. Scroll down and tap Privacy
4. Tap Factory Data Reset
5. Tap Reset Phone
