Reset via Setting

1. Switch on your device.
2. Find it: Menu > Settings > Phone > Security.
3. When prompted, enter the four-digit lock code and press Done.
4. Scroll to Restore Phone and press image.
5. Confirm that you want to reset the phone by scrolling to Yes and pressing Ok.
6. When prompted, enter the four-digit lock code and press Done.
