Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
1. From the standby screen, tap Menu.
2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
4. Scroll to and check the desired option(s), then tap Reset.
5. Enter the phone’s password, and then tap Confirm.
NOTE: If a password has yet to be established, the phone will prompt for a new password to be entered and then confirmed.
6. Tap yes to confirm.
7. A confirmation message will display and the phone will then reboot.
Hard Reset Instructions
A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.
In order to perform a hard reset, follow these steps:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Enter Dial number *2767*3855#.
3. Now you see Factory Format.
4. Wait until factory format complete.
5. After factory format handset will be rebooting.
6. Hard reset done.
