Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Phone Settings.
4. Select Security.
5. Enter the lock code; default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number, unless it has been changed.
6. Select Reset Phone.
7. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm resetting the handset to the factory default settings.
