Reset Via Settings
- Turn your phone on
- Open your App drawer and find the “Settings” app.
- Tap on “Backup & Reset”.
- Tap on “Factory Data Reset”.
- Choose “Reset Phone”.
- Press “Erase Everything”.
Reset via Code
- Power on your device.
- Now press Call button, and type: *#*#7378423#*#*
- Then you will see menu.
- From this menu choose option Customization Settings -> Reset customization.
- Confirm information: "data will be cleared and factory data reset will perform".
- Accept with pressing Reset customization and reboot.
Hard Reset
- There is a tiny button under the cover of the microSD slot. Find a pin (or something pointy) and press & hold it. This will hard reset your phone
